En Direct Des Éleveurs, which translates to “straight from the farmer,” ensures a direct chain from producer to consumer. Each package features a QR code that allows consumers to trace the milk back to its farm of origin. This transparency not only builds trust but also supports farmers by paying them a higher price per litre. The milk is sold as a premium product in selected supermarkets and hypermarkets in western France.
The UHT milk is packaged in Ecolean® Air Aseptic 1000 ml, chosen for its lightweight material, unique shape, and convenient features. The packaging includes SnapQuick™ closure, which allows it to be reclosed easily, maintaining the milk’s freshness and quality.
Since the launch in 2016, En Direct Des Éleveurs has gained significant recognition. The brand won the ‘SIAL 2016 Innovation Award’ in the dairy category and received two awards at the World Dairy Innovation Awards 2017 for Best New Brand or Business and Best Dairy Packaging Design.

Sas De Nous à Vous, who promotes the brand En Direct Des Éleveurs, is a partly crowdfunded dairy cooperative in France. The company was established with the mission to benefit both farmers and consumers. Located in Remoullé, Loire-Atlantique, the cooperative is managed by the farmers themselves. The number of farms participating in this unique initiative continues to grow.
